Ashley Roulston serves as a paralegal at Ben Crump Law, bringing with her over a decade of experience in the tech startup industry. In her previous role, she specialized in cybersecurity, systems management, efficiency, and relevant policy matters. Within the legal realm, Ashley is dedicated to prioritizing the needs of Ben Crump Law’s clients and fostering strong relationships with them. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Seminole State College.
Beyond her technical expertise, Ashley has a lifelong commitment to activism, particularly in addressing social justice issues and challenges faced by youth in foster care. During her teenage years, she established an advocacy organization focused on the concerns of system-involved youth. By the age of 16, she earned an appointment to a Florida Senate advisory council, where she actively contributed to addressing the issues affecting youth transitioning from foster care into adulthood.
The legislative changes Ashley championed in her advisory role have had a lasting impact, allowing Florida youth in foster care to spend time with friends, maintain employment, obtain driving permits, and have cell phones without imposing additional liability on their foster families. Her efforts have earned recognition from both national and local organizations, including being honored as a FosterClub National Young Leader. Ashley frequently shares her insights and experiences at conferences nationwide.
Driven by her passion for advocacy and activism, Ashley has future plans to attend law school. Her dedication to making a positive impact continues to shape her professional journey.
