A Manhattan urologist has been accused of sexually abusing a high-school intern and four former male patients.
A 16-year-old former intern accuses Dr. Paduch of sexual abuse on multiple occasions in Paduch’s office at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center.
Also, a recently filed lawsuits accuse Manhattan urologist Dr. Darius Paduch of sexual assaults when they were teenagers and patients at his New York clinic.
Three of the latest accusers were sexually abused by Dr. Darius Paduch under the disguise of “medical treatment” at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center.
The fourth new victim was asked by the doctor at one point to work with him as a high-school intern–a role the then 14-year-old refused.
Newspaper reports and court filings describe how the latest accusers suffered sexual abuse that included:
- Being shown pornography;
- Fondled, masturbated, and penetrated with a vibrator;
- Sexual abuse was purported to be medical treatment.
The most recent lawsuits claim that New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center and Northwell Health failed to investigate claims and take appropriate action to protect victims after complaints were made.
Paduch still works at these healthcare facilities.
Who is Manhattan, NY urologist Dr. Darius Paduch?
Biographical information published about Dr. Paduch reveals that he’s a urologist specializing in male infertility and sexual dysfunction.
He was educated in Poland and the United States and began his medical career in the early 2000s, working at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and Weill Cornell Medical Center for many years.
Paduch moved to Northwell Health on Long Island in 2019.
Reports allege Dr. Paduch used his examination room as an environment to sexually abuse patients, disguising his actions as “medical treatment”.
He would expose his victims to pornography, perform sexual acts on them, and demand that they send videos of themselves masturbating.
