Luigi Izzo is Of Counsel for the Northeast Region at Ben Crump Law, where he represents clients in high-stakes personal injury and wrongful death cases. With a focus on construction accidents, labor law, union law, product liability, trucking and auto collisions, and premises liability, Luigi brings over a decade of litigation experience to the firm.
Mr. Izzo was born and raised in the Bronx and comes from a hardworking, blue-collar union family. His passion for representing injured workers is deeply personal, shaped by witnessing the real-life struggles that occur when an on-the-job injury disrupts a family’s livelihood. He has proudly represented union workers from nearly every trade, including members of Local 3, Local 79, Teamsters, Local 72, Local 20, DC 4, Local 1109, Local 780, Local 94, Local 45, Local 40, and Local 147, among many others.
Prior to joining Ben Crump Law, Luigi was a litigator at Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro & Halperin, LLP, where he handled complex civil cases against billion-dollar corporations such as Uber, Lyft, Bovis Construction, Lear Construction Management, and The Safra Group, securing significant victories for injured clients.
He earned his Doctor of Law degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2007. Luigi is also skilled in mediation and arbitration, which allows him to resolve disputes efficiently while maintaining strong outcomes for his clients.
