
Michaela Castagnola is a dedicated public servant and legal professional with a strong background in legislative affairs, constituent advocacy, and community engagement. She currently serves as a Client Liaison at Ben Crump Law, where she supports clients in navigating complex legal processes and ensures they feel heard, informed, and empowered throughout their cases.
Before joining Ben Crump Law, Michaela worked as a Community Representative for Congresswoman Sara Jacobs in San Diego, where she led outreach initiatives and managed a casework portfolio assisting constituents with federal agencies. She also served as a Staff Assistant for the Congresswoman and Lead Staff Assistant to Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson, gaining hands-on experience in local government operations, public policy, and constituent services.
A graduate of Marquette University, Michaela holds degrees in Criminology, Law Studies, and Political Science, with a minor in Social Welfare and Justice. Her career reflects a consistent commitment to justice, equity, and effective public service.
