ORLANDO, Fla. (September 23, 2025) –– Nationally renowned civil rights and personal injury attorney Ben Crump will hold a Wednesday news conference to provide updates in the case of Kevin Rodriguez Zavala, the man who was tragically killed on a rollercoaster at Universal’s Epic Universe theme park.
According to preliminary reports, Rodríguez Zavala, 32, lost consciousness and later died at a hospital after suffering multiple blunt force injuries.
