ORLANDO, Fla. –– Attorney Natalie Jackson of Ben Crump Law and the family of Derek Diaz will hold a news conference today to discuss the video footage from the shooting death of the 26-year-old involving the Orlando Police Department.
Diaz was stopped due to suspected drug use and police allege he was armed, but no firearm was recovered from the scene. Diaz died from his injuries shortly after he was shot.
