RICHMOND, Va. –– Nationally renowned civil rights and personal injury attorney Ben Crump and co-counsel Mark Krudys have announced that a Virginia Circuit Court judge approved a wrongful-death settlement between the family of Irvo Otieno and the County of Henrico, Virginia; the Commonwealth of Virginia; and the Henrico County Sheriff.
