Visit includes celebration of Ambassador Erieka Bennett’s 75th birthday and efforts to build diaspora ties
ACCRA, GHANA (April 22, 2025) — Nationally renowned civil rights attorney and “Black America’s Attorney General” Ben Crump will travel to Ghana from April 24–29, 2025, leading a high-level delegation focused on advancing Pan-African unity, diaspora collaboration, and global justice initiatives. The visit will explore opportunities for cross-continental partnerships with a shared vision of reparative development, legal and economic empowerment, and greater diaspora investment in Africa’s future.
Attorney Crump was invited to Ghana by Ambassador H.E. Dr. Erieka Bennett, Head of Mission for the African Diaspora Forum (AU), in celebration of her 75th birthday.
